Honor of Kings: Is This Game All About Luck?

Li Jiu, an unremarkable young man, returns to 2019. Despite having only Platinum-level skills, he inexplicably receives enthusiastic invitations from major teams.

"Join our eStarPro team! A seven-figure signing bonus, and you can keep all the prize money!"

"Join our RNG team! Double the prize money and thirty days of annual leave!"

"Forget that nonsense. If you're joining a team, come to QGhappy. We have everything they do, plus a female host!"

"..."

Faced with invitations from several teams, Li Jiu is at a loss. In the end, just to make ends meet, he agrees to join AG Super Play for a scrimmage, figuring he'll show them he really isn't good enough to play professionally!

From then on, he becomes the first professional player in history with only Platinum-level skills.

Meng Lei: "This player is clearly strong, but he's way too cautious!"

Fly: "Li Jiu's mechanics are flawless! If it's luck, then this guy is way too lucky, isn't he?"

Yi Nuo: "Only a fool would call it luck. God Jiu is the one true god of the KPL! Brother Jiu is awesome!"
