The Axis of the Universe

Is the universe a tree? Then where is the ground? The universe was created by an explosion, but where did it explode? They say the Big Bang began as a singularity that expanded into the universe. So where did that singularity exist? In another universe? At the mouth of a cannon? Or inside a firecracker? It must have had somewhere to exist, right? What do we call that place? Dear readers, come relax for a while with this story.
