Hello? Officer, I Unleashed a Lightning Storm

One day, weather bureaus around the world are all flooded with alarms.

Everyone is horrified to discover that, without warning, a storm of unprecedented scale is forming off the eastern coast of the Pacific at an incredible speed.

The World Space Agency is thrown into chaos, too!

Is it an alien invasion? Or the end of the world?

At the same time, Jiangcheng City receives an emergency call from a little girl: "Hello? Is this the police? I opened the present my dad gave me, and I think I let out a huge storm."

A little girl?

She unleashed a hurricane?

When the police arrive at the scene and see a whole house full of equipment that looks like alien technology, they are dumbfounded.

Then the experts arrive, and they're even more stunned.

"This storm really does seem to be coming from here..."

"How could Earth have technology this revolutionary...?"

"The question is, how do we shut it off...?"

Just as the professors are at their wits' end, the door opens. The girl's dad is home...
