A Nursing Home for Vengeful Ghosts: The Village Chief Chu Renmei Is Being Livestreamed

Shark's top-tier star streamer Dai Meier chose a remote, peaceful mountain village to livestream in hopes of attracting more viewers.

She thought it would be a secluded paradise.

But that very afternoon, she encountered something strange.

A villager named Hu Yougen had a wife who had been missing for a year. Yet he only put up missing-person posters around the village, searching everywhere for his wife, A Xiang.

He also told them, "Whenever I fall asleep, my wife appears beside my bed, crying out to me for help. She says someone is chasing her with a huge axe, and she ran for her life until she couldn't run anymore..."

Hu Yougen even showed Dai Meier and the others the text messages asking for help that his wife, A Xiang, had sent him.

But as soon as day broke, no matter how hard Hu Yougen searched, he couldn't find a trace of his wife.

So where exactly was she?
