Great Ming: Mistaking Chongzhen for My Brother, I Invite Him to Rebel

Su Mu transmigrated to the Ming Dynasty. His older brother sent word that he would be coming back soon.

As it happened, the Chongzhen Emperor had just ascended the throne and was traveling incognito when he knocked on Su Mu's door.

Thinking his brother had returned, Su Mu welcomed Chongzhen with open arms.

"Brother, you've been doing business away from home for years, so you might not know what's going on. That idiot Chongzhen has been completely taken in by the Donglin Party. The fool actually had Wei Zhongxian killed and disbanded the Embroidered Uniform Guard!"

"Brother, what do you think of this improved musket? Do you think we could use it to equip a troop?"

"Brother, the Little Ice Age is almost here, and the world is about to fall into chaos. Why don't we start a rebellion?"

Su Mu realized his older brother was a true talent, every bit as capable in strategy and tactics as in literature and the martial arts.

So he invited his brother to join him in rebellion.

When Su Mu led his rebel army to the capital, he found the gates wide open and the guards all bowing their heads in surrender.

Just as Su Mu stood there, utterly baffled...

His brother suddenly chuckled softly. "My dear little brother, take a look at me... do you know who I am?"
