You Tricked Me Into Buying Prayer Beads, and Buddhism Still Wants to Flourish?

Tang San transmigrates to the world of Journey to the West and is reborn in the body of Tang Sanzang, who died after falling from his horse.

Beneath Five Elements Mountain, Tang San binds himself to the God-Tier Choices: Journey to the West System.

Ding! System binding successful. Since the Host is at a crucial point in the Journey to the West calamity, please make a choice.

Choice One: Complete the journey west and seize boundless fortune for Buddhism. This choice officially begins Buddhism's great rise through the journey west. Reward: an Arhat's golden body, which protects the Host from the cycle of rebirth and makes him immune to demons and evil spirits.

Choice Two: ** seize boundless fortune for Buddhism. This choice will usher in the Age of Dharma Decline. Reward: the Primordial Heaven-Opening Art.

If that damned bald monk hadn't forced prayer beads on me, would I have fallen into a sewer and transmigrated?

Now that your young master is here, you can forget about Buddhism ever rising to greatness.

"System, I choose option two!"
