I Opened a Fishing Spot in Journey to the West

Angler Lin Hu transmigrates to the world of Journey to the West and becomes the Tiger-Strength Immortal, the demon who fought the Monkey King in a magical contest and died a gruesome death.

What did the Tiger-Strength Immortal ever do to deserve this? The three brothers learned orthodox Taoist arts and spent twenty years keeping the Chechi Kingdom prosperous, with good weather and bountiful harvests!

Was it really so wrong to make a bunch of monks who knew nothing but how to enjoy themselves do some forced labor?

What was wrong with that?

There are twenty years left before the Monkey King arrives. Once those twenty years are up, Lin Hu is as good as dead.

Fortunately, the Fishing System binds itself to him.

All he has to do is promote fishing across the Three Realms to earn magical treasures and improve his cultivation.

Before long,

fishing takes the Three Realms by storm.

The Jade Emperor: "Big catch, big catch, endless magical power!"

Taibai: "Give me a length of rebar, and I can haul in fifty jin of big grass carp!"

Tongtian: "Hmm, fishing is quite interesting."

While the gods are engrossed in fishing, Lin Hu's cultivation continues to soar until he achieves sainthood.

This time,

I want to see how you, Sun Wukong, can win. Let's see how your Buddhist sect can win!
