You Sent Me on a Mission, but I Ended Up Founding a Nation

After transmigrating to the parallel-timeline Song Kingdom, Hong Hao discovered that the emperor had sent him to negotiate peace.

Knowing history, he understood that this mission was nothing more than an act of selling out his country for personal gain.

Just then, he obtained a God-Tier Nation-Building System. As long as he killed, he could earn all kinds of rewards.

If the old emperor was going to sell out the country for personal gain, Hong Hao might as well strike out on his own.

With the System at his disposal, he began gathering Song's scattered, battered troops and building his own armed forces, eventually founding the Great Qi Kingdom.

Emperor Gaozong of Song cursed, "I sent you to the Jin Kingdom to negotiate peace, and you went and founded a country instead!"

Qin Hui said, "Please don't be angry, my lord. Why not recognize him and give him some land, so he can hold back the Jin army?"

Wanyan Wushu said, "We can't govern the lands north of the Yellow River anyway. We might as well recognize him and give him Goryeo too. That way, we won't be attacked from behind when we march out."

Hong Hao said, "Come on, bring it all! The more, the better. Who says I'm afraid of war?"
