Applying for a livestreamed detox session.

Meiqi looked at her own information and felt her vision go dark. She nearly fainted. Who had posted this? Everyone on this platform was anonymous. Judging by the number of applications, this was already the thirtieth time. It had to be someone closest to her. Her mom? She was just about to call, but then thought better of it. Every conversation with her mom came back to blind dates, finding a partner, and getting married.

Could it be her dad? That couldn't be right. He'd called her today to ask if she had enough money to spend. She was her dad's precious little girl. Why would he set her up? Besides, this was the newest model of gaming pod, and she'd never seen one at her parents' place.

As she watched herself get posted on the mission board, she clicked to view it.
