Reborn in 2000: From the Start, I Form a Youth Special Forces Unit

Ye Yang is reborn as an Army major.

It's the turn of the century, and gifted programs for young students are springing up at universities nationwide, recruiting prodigies and geniuses under the age of fourteen.

Inspired by this, the commander of the Yangcheng Military Region gathers officers of all ranks to discuss the feasibility of forming a special forces unit for children.

Carrying the Boy Scout Instructor System, Ye Yang is the first to support the idea amid opposition from the other officers, and volunteers to serve as the unit's chief instructor.

With the commander's approval, Ye Yang begins training the young special forces unit.

Six months later, a military exercise begins.

The Army Aviation Regiment commander: "Damn it, a bunch of little blue-army brats shot down all my helicopters!"

The infantry division commander: "Those little brats blew up more than half my entire division. Can you believe it?"

The Air Force command center commander: "You think that's bad? They wiped out my entire command center!"

One report after another comes in of units suffering losses. The Red Army commander is stunned: "Have you all gone mad? You call that a Boy Scout troop?"
