Dragon's Breath Art

Ye Yu was the son of a renowned general. Unfortunately, while he was still an infant, a villain sowed discord between his father and the emperor, driving a wedge between them. Faced with endless persecution, the once-famous general no longer wished to endure it. But he was old now, past his prime, and placed all his hopes in his only son. He gave the boy the black-and-gold ancient saber that had accompanied him through a lifetime of battles, telling him that he neither expected nor allowed him to fight for the realm. He only wanted his son to prove that their family had never intended to rebel, and had only ever sought to protect the ruler and the country!

Alone, Ye Yu plunged into the Great Xu Kingdom, where intrigue was rife and the court was in turmoil. Following in his father's footsteps, he began a military career and set out on a brilliant, dazzling life of his own. The rise and fall of the Great Xu dynasty would eventually come down to a single thought of his. He always remembered his father's teachings: do not fight for the realm. And though the realm did not bear the Ye name, he was the one who ruled it all!
