You Were Told to Lead Humanity, Not Make Them Sages

After transmigrating as a postnatal member of the Human Race, Chen Fan is appointed Human Emperor by Nuwa, who refuses to shelter humanity as the demons slaughter them at will. He is tasked with leading the Human Race.

However, with the help of the System, Chen Fan changes the Human Race beyond recognition.

“I have a sword that can move mountains, stride across seas, pluck stars, sever rivers, suppress demons, slay gods, and cleave open the heavens!”

“Thirty years east of the river, thirty years west of the river. Never look down on the poor Human Race! Chaos-Burning Art!”

“I gaze toward the end of the immortal path. Ahead, no ancients; behind, no successors. I stand alone atop the clouds.”

Before long, Great Luo cultivators are everywhere among the Human Race, and Quasi-Saints are as common as weeds.

The powerful demon race is driven out of the Primordial World by the Human Race, the Wu Clan becomes humanity's vassal, and the Three Pure Ones and the two Western Saints are forced to flee into Chaos.

The Primordial World's saints, Eastern Emperor Taiyi, Emperor Jun, and the others all rush to Wa Palace, begging Nuwa to rein in the Human Race and stop them from throwing the Primordial World into chaos.

Nuwa is furious: “I told you to govern the Human Race. I didn't tell you to make them all saints!”
