I believe everyone has read the novel! I also believe that everyone has seen and watched Luotuo Xiangzi.
Luotuo Xiangzi is my favorite novel, and also Mr. Lao She's favorite work. Lao She, whose original name was Shu Qingchun, also named Sheyu, Luotuo Xiangzi is one of Lao Shede's masterpieces. It mainly uses the whereabouts of Xiangzi, a rickshaw puller in Peiping, today's Beijing, as a clue, and the life of Beijing citizens in the late 20s as the background. The main plot is Zi's ups and downs and tragic life, which profoundly exposes the darkness of old China, accuses the ruling class of exploitation and oppression of workers, expresses the author's deep sympathy for the working people, and shows people the painful and abyss of life of Beijing's lower-class poor citizens under the warlords' melee and dark rule.
The main content of the novel is: the sad and tragic story of the old Beijing rickshaw driver. The story takes place in the late 1920s. From the story of Xiangzi trying to get rid of his tragic fate through personal struggle, and finally failing and falling, it ruthlessly criticizes that society---his theme of not allowing good people to have a way out.
This novel and its characters are purely fictitious. Any similarity is purely coincidental and should not be imitated.
