About This Novel
When the Nuremberg trials ended and the Cold War began, the victorious powers lost interest in prosecuting Nazi war criminals. Large numbers of low-level criminals mingled with people eager to start a new life in Europe, while war criminals who felt they were in more danger fled the continent. Known as the Nazi Hunters, this group of people refuse to forget the crimes of the Nazis and are determined to track them down to the ends of the earth. Initially, they want revenge, but soon the story becomes a relentless struggle for justice. Today, more than seventy years after the end of World War II, there are not many Nazis left who have slipped through the net. The hunt is basically over, and the era of Nazi hunters is coming to an end. Their legend now unfolds here in its entirety.
