Even if the male protagonist is a scumbag, the female protagonist still wants to be with him because the female protagonist likes him. In reality, we can be as low as dust for the people we love. The only difference is that the novel has a happy ending, but the reality may not even have an ending.
Although I wrote this book review with a blessing attitude, I still feel unworthy of the heroine. The male protagonist doesn't know how to cherish himself and has hurt himself so many times.
