Ugly
by (russia) Vladimir Zheleznikov Ekaterina Muratova
About This Novel
Yelena Besoltseva's classmates gave her the nickname "Ugly" because she was childish, weird and different. Although her cold and cruel classmates gave her such a label, her hot and loving heart, sensitive and noble nature, and extremely brave and honest nature were hidden under the label. In our world, there are countless "uglies", big and small, living in them, but not all "uglies" can fight against unfair things and win. The novel "The Ugly" tells us that when we face all kinds of unfairness, we must learn to hide love in our hearts, never give in, and be loyal to ourselves no matter what difficulties we encounter, and we must not lose courage because of this.

It didn't say where Lenka went, but this book is indeed very realistic. In school violence, there is no imaginary person to save you, you can only save yourself. Most of the people you meet on the corner have ordinary beginnings and bad things. They don't have the kind of love encounters in many romance novels nowadays. But I really hope that in school violence, even if you don't help, please don't be isolated. Childhood things will have a shadow for life.
