About This Novel
There is a "mourning tree" in an old village in southern Guizhou. When a family member is about to die, the tree will bloom first, and the flowers will look like human faces. The protagonist is a short video blogger, and the live broadcast tree has blossomed and gained millions of followers. But the more the flowers bloom, the more the faces cry and the more they look like the audience. On the last night, the tree bloomed with an "anchor face", and all the barrage in the live broadcast room read "It's your turn". The protagonist escapes back to the city overnight, only to find that the green belt of the city is full of saplings of mourning trees.
