About This Novel
"Stealing Fist", Bai Yu's masterpiece of martial arts novels, tells the story of Yang Luchan who lived in Guangping Prefecture in southern Hebei Province and worked as a farmer. He also bought some boxing pictures and sword manuals... Later, he learned Chen style Tai Chi from Chen Changxing. He did not hesitate to pretend to be mute and work as a beggar. He was so cold that he passed out. Only then did he join the Chen family and work as a servant, and had the opportunity to "steal boxing" and learn skills. It was Chen Changxing's eagerness to learn that moved him, and Chen Changxing taught him all the kung fu. Later, Yang Luchan created Yang Style Tai Chi based on Chen Style Tai Chi and became a great master.
