The writing is good and the language is beautiful, but I felt very sad after reading the whole story. The structure is too big, and the male protagonist is too calm and cruel, both to himself and the female protagonist. He could have postponed the engagement or negotiated with the heroine no matter what, but he insisted on acting in a way that was unacceptable to everyone. He cut off the relationship between the two with his own hands, so why did he approach the heroine as a matter of course?
