Mrs. Browning's Sonnet Love Poems
About This Novel
Sonnets originated from Italian folk songs, and later evolved into a poetry style commonly used by Western poets. At the end of the 16th century, British court poets introduced this poetry style and it became a popular poetry style among British poets. Mrs. Browning's "Portuguese Sonnets" is the most famous among them and is known as a treasure in the history of British literature. The poet did not want to publish his love poems, so he borrowed the name from the Portuguese. In order to keep it simple and clear, the translator named it "Mrs. Browning's Sonnets of Love Poems". This book pairs each poem with a classic oil painting.

love within love
I want to say: the translator conveyed to us the "model" of love in the nineteenth century, but now we seem to be at a "beautiful" distance from it.
Poetry and poetry illustrations are the same. You can read them but you can't appreciate them.
Mrs. Browning's love poems cannot find the taste of love, but the feelings of the poem make people fall deeply into it.
