The Third Circle is a collection of short stories by Frank Norris, which was published after his death in 1909. This book contains 16 short stories, in most of which Norris describes life in San Francisco, California, before the 1906 earthquake, especially the "dangerous living conditions" of Chinatown. The British Observer magazine called the book "an extraordinary series of social sketches." Even today, these stories are still remarkable and interesting to read.
