Government was innovative and proposed to auction this area; Barbicane, the protagonist of "From the Earth to the Moon" and director of the Baltimore Cannon Club, finally completed the sale. Marston, the club secretary, is a talented mathematician. Through powerful scientific arguments and complex mathematical formulas, he attempted to change the axis of the earth and thereby change the laws of motion around the sun in order to develop the extremely rich underground resources of the Arctic. The world is worried that this move will throw the sea out of the natural submarine basin, making it impossible for humans to survive. So the police imprisoned Marston, but Barbicane and his companions disappeared. By this time Barbicane had led tens of thousands of workers to the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro to implement their plan. On the planned day, Barbicane gave an order and an earth-shattering explosion occurred. However...
