About This Novel
In the summer of 2016, a used bookseller in Panjiayuan, Beijing died mysteriously. A never-before-published notebook of the Republic of China was found at the crime scene. The notes record a series of crime records and mysterious incident investigations during the Beiyang years. Jin Zui, a former friend of the second-hand bookseller, is an urban legend researcher. He discovered that the notebook contains some truths that have been ignored by history, as well as the unknown sides of many prominent figures. The owner of this notebook belongs to a secret group - the Night Walkers.

A pretty good 3-pointer and a 7-pointer. The story is vivid and profound.
The novel tells many stories about the common people at the bottom of society, and it is written vividly and vividly. The final comments in many stories are philosophical and worth pondering. Officially revised histories generally pay little attention to small characters, but this book is just the opposite.
