State A University is the highest institution of higher learning in State A. This does not mean that there are no universities in State A. There are still some TV, universities, vocational colleges, medical colleges, and so on, but State A University is a genuine provincial undergraduate university. If someone is not convinced, Master A will say, we have 60 PhDs in University A, do you have any? Those who were not convinced stuck out their tongues and stopped talking. As we all know, there are still a few professors in other schools, but the doctorate is different. State A includes 30,000 square kilometers of counties and districts under its jurisdiction, and among a population of 5 million, there are only three doctors: one in the municipal hospital, one in the municipal garden bureau, and one in the municipal urban construction bureau. Therefore, a doctorate is a beautiful and charming sight in University A. If you are walking on the campus of University A, if you are not careful, you will meet a doctor.
