There are so few people. I was the only one who cast six recommendation votes.
Wukong Monk Che Fengchao, I have never heard of a monk who can make elixirs. The diseases in Baizhang Huaihai's Baizhang Qinggui use reduced food as a decoction, which is destined to have no relationship with elixirs. Moreover, Buddhism does not have the theory of yin and yang and the five elements. There is no theory of qi, they are all Taoist. Look at the Buddhist classics, they are all about Hui Ding. In the chapter on enlightenment, it is said that Shi Shi takes emptiness and silence as his sect. The Lao family regards refinement and cultivation as the truth. If they obtain the key points, they will be promoted to the holy position; if they do not understand their true nature, they will remain mired in illusion. The Marrow Cleansing Sutra and the Yijin Sutra are also Taoist, written by the Taoist Zi Ning. Now there are Taoist terms such as Jindanhuachi. The earliest version also has records similar to Fangzhongshu. Could it have been written by a monk?
Aren't all Taoists cultivating immortality?
Immortality and humanity are different

Good book

Seedlings, mainly because I like the author's previous books!

This new book by an old author is worth recommending.
