There's a moon and sixpence in everyone's heart
This novel is cleverly conceived, true to feelings, and narrated in the first person, which makes it particularly contagious and warning. If you read it carefully, you will feel the same, because as an ordinary person, everyone will have dreams in their hearts, and there will be times when they are arrogant and high-spirited. But as we grow older and are oppressed by reality, we will slowly succumb to the world, and we will slowly discover that ideals are actually worthless in the face of reality. Then we lose ourselves, drift with the crowd, and just get by. There are very few people who can truly realize their life ideals and live the life they want. We are busy every day for the so-called survival and life, and there is no time to think or take care of our childhood dreams. Sometimes I am also thinking about this question, where do we come from? Who are we? Where are we going? What is the meaning of life? Is it money? Is it status? Is it fame and fortune? Or a beauty with a luxury car? Prosperity and wealth?
