About This Novel
The Harvest Literature List was founded in 2016 by the Harvest literary magazine. It has been held for eight consecutive times so far, hoping to rebuild an artistic pursuit and an aesthetic stance. This book is a collection of award-winning short and medium-length novels in the 2023 Harvest Literature List, including ten short stories (in order of ranking: Suonan Cairang, Niu Jianzhe, Zhao Ting, Shuang Xuetao, Musa, Zhou Yuyang, Ruan Xi Qing, Deng Yiguang, Bie Ming, Dongxi), nine novellas (in order of ranking: Han Songluo, Xu Yigua, Gong Wanying, Tang Bandi, Yang Fang, Li Zishu, Beicun, Ji Wenjun, Wang Xiaofeng). With these more than ten key works, we strive to present to the public the original short and medium-length works of the year that are most worthy of reading and worthy of attention, reflecting the achievements and explorations of current literary creation.
