About This Novel

"Around the Moon" is the sequel to "From the Earth to the Moon". Bobby Kane, Chairman of the Baltimore City Cannon Club, Captain Nicol, and French explorer Michel Ardant, sat in the hollow cannon shell with beautiful longing and great excitement. They hope that this "cannonball carriage" can carry their dreams and visions to the wonderful lunar world. They forgot the difficulties, the dangers, the consequences, and even their lives... Fortunately, the pre-installed buffer device in the "cannonball carriage" protected the lives of the three people. At the moment when the cannonball was launched, they were only knocked unconscious for a while by the powerful force. Therefore, the three of them were fortunate enough to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the universe that people on earth could not see. But unfortunately, the "cannonball carriage" did not reach the moon as they had expected. For unknown reasons, the "Cannonball Car" deviated from its orbit and became a satellite orbiting the moon...
