About This Novel
The ugly deaf man Quasimodo was adopted by Father Claude of Notre Dame de Paris and worked as a bell-ringer. The serious-looking Father Claude met the beautiful gypsy girl Esmeralda and was fascinated by her beauty. He ordered Quasimodo to forcibly abduct Esmeralda. On the way, he was rescued by the Captain of the Cavalry Captain Phoebus, and Esmeralda fell in love with Phoebus.
