About This Novel
Hope, a college student majoring in neuroscience, has a lifelong dream of eradicating Alzheimer's disease and all similar diseases. Her boyfriend, the medical genius Josie, is committed to research on the neural link project, hoping that one day he can copy and transfer memories to rebuild the brain system. A book that touches the world
This is a very good book. The heroine's name is Hope, which means hope in English. This is in line with the character of the heroine, because even when she dies, she will not complain because she does not want her loved ones to be sad when they see her pain. The hero also tries his best to resurrect the heroine, and finally ends his life for Hope, so that he can meet the heroine with a memory transplant again in the future. They both gave up everything just for each other to live well. Even though the bodies that followed did not belong to them, they still recognized each other because of their love.
The most attractive part of this novel is the second half of the book, which makes people feel the magic and greatness of science. Especially in this era of rapid technological development, it makes people feel that all this is true. What is also touching is the love between Josie and Hope. The kind of love a person receives as a child will affect how he loves when he grows up. But everything changed for Josie. Hope said Josie was her hanging horizon. The final conversation between Kazuko and Hope was also unexpected, especially what Luke did. He was actually jealous of Josie and Josie's talent in the field of neuroscience. In the end, Luke became the manager of the center, but Luke found Josie after he "resurrected". A job, a job that suits him. In the conversation between Hezi and Hope, Hezi also mentioned that Luke was very painful during that year because he lost the two most important people in his life, one was his best friend-Josie, and the other was his favorite woman-Hope. A whimsical love story, cleverly conceived and deeply foreshadowed, leaving you feeling a bit unsatisfied after reading it.
The first 50% of the plot and content are just the daily life of a few rebellious graduate students with high IQ. Although they know the foreshadowing, they still feel very boring. After 50% of the content is passed, the excitement begins.
