About This Novel
Seventeen-year-old psychic Emily Chambers has one worry. In fact, several worries. Her ability to see dead people puts a damper on her social life, but as if that's not enough, she must also contend with an escaped demon and a handsome ghost with a mysterious past. There was also the question of her birth. Born a full year (yes, a year) after her father's death, and without the snow-white skin of English posh young ladies, Emily is as much of an enigma as the dead boy assigned to her. From the day he died, Jacques Beaufort's soul could not pass through; he was murdered. Maybe there is some connection between the two, maybe not. All he knew was that he was sent to a girl named Emily by the administrator of the underworld. She could see him and touch him. She unleashed a shape-shifting demon, which infiltrated the human world. They must team up to send it back to the underworld before it wreaks havoc on London.

Western supernatural themes, supernatural exorcism, the author's writing style is very compact, and the descriptions are pretty good, but the reader is only 20k, and the plot may be more popular. It allowed me to read 100 chapters in one breath, which is not far behind. But the main character, the Virgin (occupational disease), is important to pay attention to. This is also what I read when I was in a book shortage. It is a bit cold, so don't enter if you don't like it.

Seedlings, serialized. The new book by the author of "The Skeleton Man" currently only has 20,000 words. The story of the Border Spirit Pen Fairy is quite interesting, but the plot of holding a psychic lecture in school is quite inconsistent. I was persuaded to quit by this plot the first time. It will be much better to read it after ten chapters. It would be more reasonable if Jun Chengzong came into contact with Bailou in the church. This kind of plot in which a lecture in a school leads to the identity of an exorcist... It would be better to change the urban background to a foreign country, but the domestic + campus + professor is very inconsistent... In a supernatural novel, it is more suitable for readers to hold this lecture or exchange meeting with supernatural events in a church... (Domestic churches should not have real clergy and too many exorcists. A reasonable environment makes the protagonist's performance more interesting.) Not to mention the church, the story of Bailou can also be found in Jun Chengzong's personal studio...

This is the first time I read a book about psychics. It feels quite novel☺️ About spirits, about borderline bodies, about demons, about some mysterious things Just thinking about it makes me feel... Curious😝 I like the author's narrative style. They are separate stories but connected to each other (although I have only seen the second story now) The protagonist is not the kind of person with a holy mother's heart. His saving and persistence are just like what the author said in the book, "To live, you have to stick to something that seems stupid." Looking forward to what will unfold next Finally, this is a little seedling book. Friends who like it can save it and try it. Maybe you will like it~~
