Past Events on the Red Grassland
About This Novel
When I was a kid, I lived at Red Prairie Ranch and never traveled far. There is a road south of the pasture. Whenever a car or a herd passes by, the road is always dusty. At that time, I often wondered what it would be like on the other side of the road. Many years later, I walked back from the other end of the road and returned to my hometown after a long absence. However, my childhood is long gone and my hometown has become so strange. The past events fell into the crystal ball of time one after another. In my gaze, the road to my hometown was dusty again. Looking back on the past, we always start from that bright summer. In July and August, fireworks, bowl flowers and milk flowers bloom one after another. When the wheat is ripe, the blue waves undulating with the wind are filled with a sweet smell, calling people to harvest. After the wheat is harvested, it will be the season for planting seeds in the meadow.
