"Shameless" is Duras's first novel, and it is also the starting point for a woman to speak out and write herself. Duras said: "This book fell from me: fears and desires, malice stemming from a difficult childhood..." The original title of this book is "The Tanneron Family", and the writing is beautiful, which is very different from the sonorous and powerful later ones. However, the triangle relationship that haunts the author throughout his life is formed here: daughter, son, mother. The son and mother transcended the relationship between good and evil and formed a complex and strange alliance, while the daughter was forever expelled from her mother's love.
