Before opening this book, I was facing the darkest moment in my life where I was most confused, helpless, and directionless. At least, it was the most powerless collapse I had experienced so far... I wanted to live, at least I wanted to find a reason to live, and I wanted to save myself, but I had no one to turn to, no one to ask, so I asked. Deepseek recommended this book to me. I downloaded QQ Reading and became a member... It is very good. It does not mean that it allows me to find a reason to live, but it allows me to find the cause of pain.
