The Little Prince
About This Novel
The little prince lives on an asteroid called B612. His daily life consists of cleaning three volcanoes, cleaning harmful baobab saplings, and watching the sunset. One day a rose grew on his planet. The little prince took great care of her, but he often had conflicts because of his emotional ignorance. The little prince ran away sadly and traveled around. He came to the earth, met the fox and the pilot, and also saw the garden of five thousand roses. After seeing and learning a lot, the little prince decided to go back to B612 and his unique rose. What children see in this story is their imagination of the adult world, and what adults see in this story is the value of a beautiful childlike innocence. Every time I reread The Little Prince, it is a reflection on growing up.
