About This Novel
This book is included in the late-stage funding of Zhejiang Province in 2017. This book is revised based on the doctoral thesis. The author mainly uses the theoretical framework of Western narratology, starting from the common narrative nature of opera and story-telling novels, and explores the interaction between the narrative modes and narrative content of story-telling novels and dramas. It not only explores the feasibility of the two-way narrative interaction between story-telling novels and operas, but also analyzes the penetration of narrative modes of story-telling novels and operas, and reveals the need to realize the conversion of narrative time, narrative angle, and narrative structure due to different artistic characteristics when the two interact; at the same time, combined with personal Case analysis examines the penetration of narrative content between story-telling novels and operas, and also explores the differences between the two in terms of narrative themes, narrative characters, narrative plots, etc. Due to different artistic characteristics, revealing that the texts of different story-telling novels and operas of the same story present different narrative characteristics.
