I don't know if the prince knew about this. He was there to cope with the master's teachings. Without knowing it, his own horse helped others win the championship in one fell swoop. I was curious about how she would explain how she got the horse when the prince asked her about it later.
I feel like the princess and the prince would hold some sort of recruitment meeting when choosing their consorts or concubines. It would be a martial arts competition to recruit a bride, or they would hold a meeting similar to a blind date to carefully select whether there is anyone who suits their eyes ~ I have to say it is really a feast.
