This book describes the basic overview of the entire society after the Northeast became a Japanese colony after the September 18th Incident. The whole book is named after Northeast, and the scope of discussion basically includes the history and territory of the Puppet Manchukuo. In addition to the three northeastern provinces that people know today, it also includes Jehol in North China and Inner Mongolia.
