About This Novel

"La Traviata" is a masterpiece of world literature. It has been published and performed in three forms: novel, drama, and opera. All three have become masterpieces handed down from generation to generation due to their immortal artistic value. Margaret, a courtesan in Paris, was conquered by the sincere love of Armand, who was not rich, and fell in love. Just when the lovers in love were looking forward to a better life in the future, Armand's father secretly forced Margaret to leave Armand. Armand does not know the truth and thinks that Margaret intends to abandon him. Margaret endured the humiliation and died of hatred due to the double torment of illness and grief. This innocent love ended in tragedy.

classic

When I was studying Chinese language and literature in college, my foreign literature teacher asked me to read this book, but I never read it. I read it today, and I couldn't calm down for a long time. I was sentimental for Margaret's dedication, sad for Armand's infatuation, and people who love each other so much that they can't be together. Is there anything more painful than this? Classic work, worth reading.

If she is not willful. If he wasn't weak, how could he cause trouble and leave the building empty?

I cried after reading it, it was very touching. There are indeed sacrifices, big and small, in love. Compared with books, the ones in reality may not be as profound, or even more so, but I believe those who have experienced them know it themselves. That is what reading is like. Those who have experienced it will resonate with it, and those who have not experienced it will learn from it.
