When I was studying Chinese language and literature in college, my foreign literature teacher asked me to read this book, but I never read it. I read it today, and I couldn't calm down for a long time. I was sentimental for Margaret's dedication, sad for Armand's infatuation, and people who love each other so much that they can't be together. Is there anything more painful than this? Classic work, worth reading.
