"Of Mice and Men" is a novella written by Steinbeck. The story reveals that in the United States, where the rich and the poor are divided and money is paramount, the loneliness of workers is eternal, the friendship between workers is sincere, and the workers' hope for happiness can only be a straw.

Warm and cruel. People need to fantasize, but killing dreams itself is not necessarily an absolutely bad thing. What I fear the most is the wretchedness of passion.
