The work has humorous language, clear love and hate, twists and turns in the plot, and grand pictures, which reflect Dickens's consistent style.

It should be a humble person, there should be a typo here
Mr. Dickens is still a little cruel. He is too cruel to the mother who loves her son. There is nothing wrong with loving her son and she should not be punished like this.
I think the wording is not correct. It should be Mr. Millstone.
