About This Novel

The title of Marquis of Haihun was granted by the Western Han Dynasty and was inherited by subsequent generations for a total of 4 generations. It lasted until the Eastern Han Dynasty. The first generation of Haihunhou was Liu He, the former king of Changyi and the deposed emperor of Han Dynasty. Haihun is the name of a county in Yuzhang. It was established in the sixth year of Emperor Gaozu of the Han Dynasty (201 BC). The scope of Yuzhang County roughly includes the northern part of Xinjian District in today's Nanchang City, the northern part of Nanchang County, Yongxiu County, Wuning County, Jing'an County, Anyi County, Fengxin County, and the southwestern part of Poyang Lake that was invaded by the lake. The author carefully visited the tomb of Haihun Hou and Zijin City, combined with a large number of historical materials, starting from Liu Hehua's free and willful growth and life in jade wrapping, gold clothing and fine food, and went straight to the execution of the Huo family and the common people's life of the deposed emperor Liu He.
