About This Novel
This book was published by Taiwan Pingyuan Publishing House in 1965. Because it involved the "Southern Song Dynasty Pianan" insinuating the Taiwanese regime, Chiang Kai-shek was furious and personally ordered its closure. All printed products were banned and destroyed. It is particularly worth mentioning that the publisher of this book, Guo Yidong, later the famous historian Bo Yang, was "disciplined and disciplined" for 10 years in Xindian Military Prison, Ludao, for the case of "Talk about the Southern Song Dynasty". This manuscript is the only copy discovered by the author's descendants. It was found in the confidential archives of the Kuomintang's "Central Work Diary". The re-publication of this book will present to readers a real case of Chiang Kai-shek's dictatorial rule in the cultural world.
