About This Novel
It rained late one night in winter. It's freezing cold. On the Honghu section of the Yangtze River, there is a tugboat moored at a dock in the wilderness. Li Ru would open the window of the tugboat a thin crack, and the cold wind outside the window would come in, making him shiver. He looked nervous. He didn't know what this hungry night meant to him. The crew members left the tug. Li Ruhui was the only one left on the tugboat. Suddenly, someone knocked hard and softly on the door of the tugboat. Li Ru would look through the door and ask who it was. The person outside the door didn't answer him and started knocking again. Li Ru would open the door a crack, and the man would rush in with a strong cold wind. The man turned up his collar and hid his face inside. Li Ruhui could vaguely see that the cotton wool exposed on the collar was yellow, and it might have been wet by water.
