In a letter sent to the wrong address, two completely different souls unexpectedly connect. The young man is terminally ill, but his life is counting down but he still faces every day with sunshine and humor; the young girl is introverted and sensitive, living alone in a neglected corner. At first, they poured out their hearts through pen and paper, sharing their life moments and dreams, and each became a beam of light in each other's world. As letters were exchanged, the boy transferred to the girl's high school, and the two changed from pen pals to real friends, and a subtle affection arose. Together they experience the laughter of the classroom, the secrets of the campus and the throbbing of youth, and heal each other's loneliness and pain. However, after the college entrance examination, the girl found that the boy had not replied for a long time, until a belated letter revealed the truth - he had quietly disappeared before the college entrance examination. This letter not only carried his farewell, but also ignited the girl's renewed expectations for life.
