This book is the final result of the key project of the Qilu Cultural Research Center of Shandong Normal University, a key research base for humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of Education, "Ocean Development of Qi People in the Qin and Han Dynasties", and a phased result of the key project of the National Social Science Fund "Ocean Exploration and Early Oceanographic Research in the Qin and Han Dynasties".
