About This Novel
This collection of papers is selected from 33 selected papers from the second academic symposium of the Yearbook Work Professional Committee of the China Association of Local Chronicles (now renamed as the Yearbook Work Professional Committee of the China Association of Local Chronicles), and is organized into a book according to the topics of basic research on yearbooks, research on yearbook compilation, and research on yearbook work management. The papers collected in this collection of papers sort out, summarize, analyze, and comment on my country's yearbook research results since the early 20th century, especially since the 1980s, especially important academic viewpoints. They are of great significance to clarify the current status of yearbook research, clarify the history of academic development, enhance the foresight, planning and pertinence of future research, promote the further in-depth yearbook research, promote the construction of yearbook science, improve the quality of yearbook compilation, and maintain the continued prosperity of the yearbook industry.
