About This Novel
This book is one of the collections of scientific research results of the Modern China Research Center of the Department of History at Sun Yat-sen University. The book is divided into four parts. "Documentary Materials" are historical materials about Zhuhai and Macao selected from historical documents; "Special Research" mainly discusses Morrison School, the radiation effect of modern Macao on neighboring areas, and the flow of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China; "Research Report" discusses the intangible cultural heritage of Jishan The local heritage, historical and cultural connotation of Niu Ge and its development in the era of change were investigated; "Book Review and Historical Materials Introduction" involves three works: "Bringing the World into China - Modern Chinese History from Macau", "Preliminary Collection of Yong Hong Documents Collection in the United States" and "Only Local Oral Historical Materials of Modern Zhuhai Historical and Cultural Celebrities".
