About This Novel

A treaty is an agreement signed by two or more countries to determine the rights and obligations of the signatory countries in political, economic, military, cultural and other aspects. Including conventions, agreements, exchanges of letters, joint declarations, charters, etc. A treaty signed by two countries is called a "bilateral treaty"; a treaty signed by three or more countries is called a "multilateral treaty". Treaties are generally time-based and will become invalid if they are not renewed upon expiration.
