[Reader Comments]: The protagonist traveled through time after taking a sip of cold water? It's really rare to see such an unlucky protagonist! After traveling through time, he became Rurik, a name I don't know much about. After searching, I found out that he was the founder of the Rurik dynasty before Russia. I hope that after reading this book, I can add some relevant knowledge! The main subject is mainly serious, with some humor occasionally interspersed. The design pays great attention to details, and generally every detail in the front and back has its own unique purpose. When describing a big scene, I like to narrate it from the perspective of a small character. Rather than depicting scenes, the work prefers to depict the inner emotional fluctuations of those who experienced the event. Often the description of the environment is interspersed with some characters' insights and feelings. Although it makes the characters appear more thoughtful, the plot development is inevitably a bit delayed and occasionally seems stagnant. The work has certain deficiencies in shaping the characters. Although it can show the different personality traits of different characters, it is not full enough and sometimes it cannot allow readers to fully immerse themselves in their emotions.

There are novel ideas, simple writing, and it deserves to be cared for. Foreign historical texts must be in line with the humanistic atmosphere of the time in order to have a sense of immersion. But this is difficult, and this book also failed to do it, but it has a plot and a fast-moving plot, and you can still have a sense of immersion, so pay attention.
